Do you feel like exploring the different facets of a workshop devoted to gilding and furniture/gilded wood restoration? Would you like to feel the lightness of laying a golden sheet? This workshop fits you like a glove! During the visit, you will find out about our professions (heritage restorers and gilders) and learn how to lay a golden sheet in a very gentle way, controlling your breath.
As masters restorers of furniture and gilders, Sophie and Jean Blanc’s work is centred on wooden heritage: natural, inlaid, gilded or polychrome. They also make contemporary creations with gilded plants.
